Hold and press it lightly towards your lower body so that it is completely adhere to your body and cover your genital area. Urinate slowly to allow the urine to flow through and out of the STP. In the beginning, you will need to practice how to control your urine. Slowly release your urine to prevent the overflow.<\/p>\n<p>You can put the water into your STP to observe the flow rate at the tip. With this, you&#8217;ll have a better understanding on how STP can work perfectly for you.
