All BLACKSWAN products are made from premium, high-grade silicone imported from Germany and the United States which gives the users the feeling of real and natural organ.

When using BLACKSWAN STP4IN1 to urinate, place your hand under the cup of STP. Hold and press it lightly towards your lower body so that it is completely adhere to your body and cover your genital area. Urinate slowly to allow the urine to flow through and out of the STP. In the beginning, you will need to practice how to control your urine. Slowly release your urine to prevent the overflow.

You can put the water into your STP to observe the flow rate at the tip. With this, you’ll have a better understanding on how STP can work perfectly for you. Keep in mind to lean forward slightly so that the cylinder is positioned at a more downward angle to prevent backflow due to gravity.  STP is very easy to use, just aim right and shoot. After finish urinating, raise the cup (lower side) slightly to allow the urine to drain completely. Shake your STP like a man to release the urine off before tucking it into your pants.

All of our FTM products are designed to be in contact with water.  It is safe to use in the water for bathing, swimming, or using in hot tubs. All of the products are completely safe. All the mentioned activities will not affect your prosthesis piece.

Our STPs are made of high quality premium grade silicone, the same grade as the one used in hospitals and in medical business. The STP can be cleaned by using soap, water or by disinfecting. In case you want to sterilize your STP by hot water, you can put STP in boiling water for not more than 2-3 minutes (Maximum temp 230 °C).

Using STP for intercourse is at your own risk. The silicone, even though being sterilized, may be exposed to bacteria or germs if not used immediately.

Therefore, it is strongly recommended to use condoms as the safest way for the safety and for preventing harm to your partner. Using condoms can also minimize the risks associated with sexually transmitted diseases as well as can help keep your STP clean and be in a good condition.

Use only the condoms that contain lubricant (water base). Avoid lubricant (oil base) additives, as they will shorten the lifetime of your STP. Intense penetration is not recommended as it may damage your STP as well as harm your partner. All in all, the use of STP is at your own discretion.

Premium silicone is very durable. It can last long. However, the lifetime of the product can vary from person to person. It depends on your daily use and how well you clean and care. It’s important to keep your STP away from your nails, teeth, or other sharp objects to avoid the tearing.  However, we recommend that you replace your STP every 1-2 years to maintain good hygiene.

We apologize that we do not accept returns or exchanges of all products in our store. This is due to the intimate nature of the product and for hygiene and safety reasons. We cannot pass or sell the products that have been tried or used by other customers to the other ones. We hope you understand our no exchanges or returns policy. The health and safety of our customers are at the heart of our business. You can ensure that you will receive only new items from us.

The payment method for the purchase from our online store is via PAYPAL. PAYPAL can accept payment using all major credit cards (e.g. Master, VISA etc). You can visit PAYPAL website (www.paypal.com) for more details on the payment information. 

We also accept payment via bank transfer. The currency in our store will be displayed depending on the language you choose. You can choose the payment currency in US dollar and Thai baht and transfer the amount (shipping fee included) as stated on your order form to the bank details provided.

Please include your order number in the email.  After we receive your payment, your order will be processed and delivered to you as soon as possible.

Payment by Crypto currency is also possible! We’re now accepting BTC and ETH crypto payment. Please contact us if you choose to pay via crypto currency.

After we receive the payment, in case we have the item in our stock, we can ship it to you immediately in the next day. Otherwise, normally the production will take 3-7 days. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel online and to check the estimated arrival time.

The regulations from the shipping company will need to be followed. Therefore, the signature on delivery will be required. Every shipment comes with a tracking number so you can track the status of your package online and can plan your receiving accordingly. 

Domestic

• For Bangkok and it’s perimeter, it will take 1-2 business days. There is also an express delivery which will take within 4 hours with the delivery cost of 200 THB (Note: This option is available only for the delivery within Bangkok and only for the order paid via bank transfer).
• For other provinces, the delivery will take 2-3 business days (depending on distance)

International

• Refer to world zone rate

We use your personal information for billing and shipping purpose only. Your information will not be shared or sold to any other parties. Except from your order information, you will receive additional catalogs, letters or emails from us if you opt for receiving our newsletters.

Your personal information is protected by the most advanced encryption technology in the world. The padlock at the bottom of the browser status bar ensures that your orders are processed safely.

The purchase made by PAYPAL will be displayed on your statement as “Bswan.”

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive the first email to confirm your order.  When your payment is successful, you will receive the second email stating “Your payment is received”.  If you enter an invalid email address, you will not receive automatic notification and the email address cannot be edited after your order has been submitted.

As soon as your order has been shipped, We will notify you with your parcel tracking information. You can refer to the information to track the status of your parcel online.  

In case you do not receive the email notification 1 week after you complete your order, please contact us or send an email to  blackswan.gentlecare@gmail.com  to inquire about the status of your order. You should also check your junk or spam folder. 

No one will know what’s in the box. Your item will be packed in a post box that indicate only your shipping address shown on the label. There will be no descriptions or reference to FTM Products or any sexual related products. When you open the outer box you will find a surprise waiting inside. Your STP will be carefully packed and it will come with a bag and an instruction manual.

If the parcel is rejected during delivery and returned to our location due to incorrect or insufficient mailing address or the postal company considers that parcel “No receiver”, no refunds will be issued. Customers can request re-delivery to the correct new address and the customer will have to pay for the new postage.

Please note that we cannot refund or credit for items seized by customs or for shipping. If you choose to abandon your parcel instead of paying customs, we will not refund your order. All products purchased in our store will be shipped normally by courier. The risk of loss or of shipping will be borne by the buyer. The buyer will have to contact the shipping company directly. 

Within Thailand
In the unfortunate event if the package is lost in transit by shipping company, you will have to contact the shipping company to claim the actual damages of up to 2000 baht. BLACKSWAN will support by issuing a voucher worth up to 1,500 baht to use for your next purchase with BLACKSWAN.

Overseas
In the unfortunate event if the package is lost in transit by shipping company, you will have to contact the shipping company to claim for the damage according to the shipping company’s regulations. Please note that the maximum value that can be declared on the parcel shipped by International Registered Airmail is 50.00 USD and by FedEx is 100.00 USD regardless of the package price. BLACKSWAN will support by issuing a voucher worth up to 1,500 baht to use for your next purchase with BLACKSWAN.

In the event of a lost package is claimed with the shipping company, the shipping company may require the recipient, or BLACKSWAN, to disclose all details of the purchase and the actual product value to consider for the indemnification.

Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the ordered product. To get an estimated shipping cost, simply use our online shopping cart, choose a shipping method then the shipping rates will be shown for your order.

We provide delivery service to all over the world. However, we will not refund the payment in case the parcel is seized by customs in your country or in case the parcel is not delivered to you. You should be aware of your customs policies and regulations. If you are unsure of these policies, you should contact your local customs office for more information.

We offer multiple delivery options. You can choose to ship via Standard delivery, Express delivery by FedEx IP (International Priority) or other leading logistic companies. All shipments come with an online tracking number.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be charged when the parcel reaches your country. You will be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict how they will be. The customs policies vary from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information.

We typically declare product values up to $50.00 USD for Standard delivery and up to USD 100.00 for Express delivery via FedEx or other leading logistic companies.
